The platypus mission that nearly turned into a snake story
Went for a quiet bike ride up to Fernglade hoping to spot a platypus… ended up running straight over a four-foot tiger snake instead. Front wheel over it, legs flying up in full panic mode, somehow didn’t get bitten. No platypus, but definitely got a story out of it. Just another calm Tassie afternoon
