BPC 157 is a stable peptide resistant to gastric acid and active throughout the GI tract. Studies show a very strong safety profile with no reported adverse effects. It’s known for powerful healing and regenerative properties, especially for IBD up to clinical phase II, gastric and NSAID induced ulcers, wound healing in muscles, skin, organs and intestines, and repair of muscles tendons and ligaments including tendon to bone healing. It also supports blood vessel protection and angiogenesis through the nitric oxide system and stimulates growth factors and collagen formation. Animal studies show benefits for fistula healing intestinal anastomosis healing short bowel syndrome and liver protection after long term alcohol exposure.
TB500 or Thymosin Beta 4 has shown strong regenerative effects in animal studies. It may stimulate collagen and elastin production which can speed up wound healing improve tissue flexibility and reduce scarring. Research suggests benefits for muscle atrophy by promoting muscle cell growth increased strength and muscle mass. TB500 has also shown potential in cardiovascular health by stimulating new blood vessel formation and improving blood flow. It’s being explored for nerve damage eye disorders and skin conditions though more human research is needed.
Currently I am testing BPC 157 and TB500 together in a mixed vial to observe their combined recovery and regenerative effects. This is an ongoing personal experiment.
