It’s freezing, snowing like hell outside, and the first workout of the week feels like voluntary torture. Zero motivation, pure dread—but fuck lowering the bar. I’m raising it.
Heading in anyway to smash 10 sets × 10 heavy squats. Legs will hate me tomorrow. Good. Discipline doesn’t negotiate with weather or feelings.
