The US is building a website for people overseas to see online content which has been banned by their governments.
The "freedom.gov" portal will allow users to bypass bans on "hate speech" in places abroad. Spain is the only country that has so far "accidentally" blocked access to this domain following a large ban regarding unlicensed football streams.
