🇧🇷 O governo federal, por meio do Comitê Executivo de Gestão da Câmara de Comércio Exterior (GECEX), publicou uma resolução que reduz a alíquota do imposto de importação para ZERO para um tipo específico de equipamento de mineração de Bitcoin. Essa alteração é válida de fevereiro de 2026 a janeiro de 2028 e foi oficialmente publicada na lista ex-tarifária (lista de mercadorias com tributação zero). 👉 Especificamente, a isenção aplica-se a hardware de mineração altamente eficiente que utiliza o algoritmo SHA-256 (o padrão Bitcoin), com alta capacidade de processamento (acima de 200 TH/s) e alta eficiência energética (menos de 20 J/TH) — ou seja, equipamentos de «ponta». ✅ Existe uma medida oficial em vigor que reduz a zero o imposto de importação para equipamentos de mineração de Bitcoin altamente eficientes — não é falso, é uma política pública real que foi anunciada oficialmente.
