Feb 28th, 2026 - 1:00 am EST - Operation Epic Fury/Roaring Lion began.
I remember back in 2012 during the Straight of Hormuz crises, I sold most of my belongings so I could travel to California to see family. It was a strange time in my life, but I've always had a concern that war with Iran was one of the first signs that a series of massive global shifts would occur, shifts which have been planned and engineered for a long time.
I don't feel the need to react in the same brash manner as before, but I would be lying if I said it doesn't have me on edge.
How is this unfolding situation settling with all of you?
Has me wondering what is next or what is the end goal. The only thing I feel for certain is change is coming but I don’t know in what context. Use of nuclear weapons? A major attack on civilians to escalate things even more? Or a long drawn string of attacks. I’m probably closer to the side of being naive. Things on the global scale are usually worse than my initial assessment.
Whatever comes after, won't come long after, and it all builds into something. Seems for the most part we are only in the know enough to speculate, but a lot of the potential outcomes are not great 😅
