Tasmanian: News East Coast Echo Festival Returns to Historic Swansea Farm
Tasmania’s ECHO Festival is returning to the East Coast this March, bringing music, food, art and culture back to a historic farm near Swansea for a full weekend celebration.
Running 13–15 March 2026 at Redbanks Farm, the boutique event blends live music, workshops, storytelling, local produce and immersive cultural experiences that showcase the unique lifestyle of Tasmania’s East Coast.
Festival highlights include the iconic Native Bounty Feast, live performances from local artists, hands-on activities like blacksmithing and ceramics, plus food, wine and whisky masterclasses.
The event has grown into a signature regional celebration of harvest, creativity and community helping draw visitors to the coast while spotlighting Tasmanian artists, producers and Aboriginal cultural storytelling.
With camping, coastal views and a packed program, organisers say ECHO aims to create a small festival village where music, culture and local flavours come together for one unforgettable weekend.
