Tasmanian News: Spin4Kids Cycling Challenge Aims To Raise $50,000 For Tassie Kids
Variety Tasmania’s Spin4Kids cycling challenge is gearing up to raise $50,000 to help children across the state who are sick, disadvantaged, or living with disability.
The high-energy fundraiser brings teams together for a five-hour spin bike challenge, pushing participants to ride as many kilometres as possible while raising donations for kids who need extra support.
Held as part of community events in Hobart, the challenge combines music, themed costumes, and motivational instructors to keep riders going while spectators cheer them on. Teams from businesses, clubs and groups of friends are encouraged to jump on a bike and pedal for a purpose.
Funds raised help Variety Tasmania continue programs that support children facing illness, disability or financial hardship, ensuring more young Tasmanians get the help they need.
With community teams, supporters and donors all joining the effort, organisers hope this year’s ride will hit the $50,000 fundraising target and make a real difference for families across Tasmania.
