Lepiota brunneoincarnata — tiny, cute, and deadly.
Looks like a harmless little brown mushroom but contains the same amatoxins as the Death Cap. One or two can shut down your liver and kidneys. Grows in parks and gardens, often mistaken for edible parasols.
Key ID tip: Pinkish-brown scales on the cap, white gills that turn pink, no ring on the stem.
