I have a severe, persistent case of both tennis and golfer’s elbow, with constant pain in my elbow. It’s a pumping pain 24/7 that’s forced me to completely stop training upper body. Right now, I’m only focusing on legs, glutes, and core. Today I tried heavy lift in hip thrust.
Tennis is a right pain in the... elbow. Drove me nuts. Reached the point of struggling to pick up a cup of coffee before got physio. But physio worked - its just a long slow process of steps. Not had golfers. Good luck to your recovery! 👍🏽
Thanks, I really appreciate that. Glad to hear physio worked for you. Will go back to hospital on monday to check it so much worse then it ever been. I been going with tennis and golfer’s elbow over two years and was hoping to get better but now its insane.
