Chanterelle Garlic Butter (15-minute magic)
Ingredients (serves 2):
• 300 g fresh chanterelles
• 3 tbsp butter + 1 tbsp olive oil
• 4 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
• Fresh thyme, salt, pepper, lemon
Method: Dry-sauté first until they brown (the secret!). Add butter, garlic, thyme. Finish with lemon. Serve on toast or pasta.
